ABOUT THE POSITION

In this role, you will ensure that medical technology products meet high standards and user needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams. Your contribution is crucial for product quality and patient safety.

You will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant for our client. The position covers for a leave of absence throughout 2026, but if all parties are satisfied with the collaboration, there is a possibility of extension after the year ends.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

The role involves ensuring that products meet set requirements and that specifications align with user needs. You will plan and execute verification, validation, and actions to ensure that the medical technology products produced meet both technical requirements and regulatory standards.

• Ensure that products meet set requirements.
• Analyze product specifications against user needs and intended uses.
• Plan and execute verification and validation of products.
• Develop action plans to minimize risks and requirement gaps.
• Drive improvement work based on practical observations in a lab environment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure product quality.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has a technical education at a post-secondary level, e.g., mechanical engineering, electronics, or similar.
• Has worked with similar tasks for a few years after studies.
• Masters good Swedish and English in both spoken and written form, as both languages are used daily.
• Lives in or near Luleå as the need is immediate.
